Today we are sharing a Christmas porch however this is really our backyard shed since our front porch has some issues (peeling paint,no paint on a door frame, etc). That’s what happens when you buy a fixer upper home.
As you may have guessed, our version is filled with thrifted and DIY items.
Here’s a little of the vintage inspired holiday porch goodness used:

My home is decorated in what I like to call ‘Early American Yard Sale’. There isn’t any other way. This porch decor is a testament to your skills with upcycle and repurpose projects. It’s just gorgeous! I found an awesome vintage plaid thermos at an estate sale and made a tragic mistake by putting it in the dishwasher. I almost cried when it came out ruined.

Shirley, OH MY GOODNESS….I LOVE THAT….”Early American Yard Sale”! That is so me 🙂
This is so cute & a wonderful collection of vintage items to make a statement. It has such a warm & cozy feeling and I felt like it took me back to my childhood.

Jenny, Awe thanks so much. I love a good junkin find 🙂
You do such a great job bringing all those salvaged things together. I have an old wagon like that! We use it to take our stuff to the beach in the summer!
