Each week, admins host a Project Day where members submit what they are working on. We are always so blown away with all the amazing projects submitted that we decided to put together a monthly “throw down” challenge.

HERE’S HOW IT WILL WORK:
Each month will have it’s own theme.

- FEBRUARY – HARDWARE SPONSORED BY D. LAWLESS HARDWARE

- APRIL – GARDEN SPONSORED BY FISKARS

SUBMITTING YOUR PROJECT: You will have from 12:01 am PT on the 1st day of the month to 11:59 PT on the 15th to submit your project. The link will be given in the Upcycle Sharin Facebook Group or you can always sign up for our email which will also have the link:
VOTING: After the deadline passes to submit projects, voting will begin: 12:01 am PT January, 16th. You can send the link to your friends and family to vote for you, but it is only three votes per IP address. The voting will close at midnight PT on the last day of the month and anyone can vote, whether you submitted a project or not.
WINNING: The winner will be selected based solely on the number of votes. The person with the highest vote will be advised and notified. They will need to provide shipping info so the prize can be sent to them directly from the sponsor. Each month’s prize will have a minimum retail value of at least $100.
Q&A
Q: Do I need to have a blog/website to participate?
A: No, you do not need to have a blog to participate. You will just add an image to the link up and your email address so we can contact you if you win.
Q: How do I link up?
A: Each month, in the Upcycle Sharin group on Facebook, a direct link will be shared. Once you click on that link, there will be a button at the bottom that says add my link. At that point, you will add your link, if you have one, your project name, and upload an image, if needed (websites won’t need to upload an image and those without will need to).
Q: Can I enter if I live outside the US or Canada?
A: Unfortunately, due to shipping costs, prizes can only be sent to US or Canada residents.
RULES:
You must be 18, or over, to participate. This challenge is in no way associated with Facebook. Prizes can only be shipped to US or Canada. By submitting your photo, you are agreeing it is your image, and you are the creator of the project. You may NOT submit anyone’s project for them or an image you do not own. If you are found using images that are not yours, you will be disqualified, link/image will be removed, you will be removed from the group, and you will be responsible for any legal copyright issues/fees if they arise. Each corporate sponsor will be responsible for shipping the prize, and not an individual blogger. Bloggers will not be held liable for packages not received.
Finally, if you should have any questions regarding the challenge, feel free to ask in the group or comment below.
