Well, Katie was kind enough to send over the tutorial she , and her friend, used. The original instructions were in German and they tried to translate it to English when they made them.
This is a great project to upcycle an old pair of pumps. You can often find ones at Thrift Stores.

- Old Shoes
- Glitter from Rayher 110g (used ArtMinds Extra Fine Glitter)
- Fabric glue of Stanger (used Aleene’s OK to Wash-it permanent fabric adhesive)
- Paint Brush
- Clear Coat from Marabu (used Krylon Crystal Clear Acrylic Coating 1303)
How To :
Step 1: Glue shoes one by one with a thin layer of fabric glue Brush! Pay attention not immediately be provided with the whole shoe glue, otherwise it complicates further processing.
Step 2: Glitter generously provided with fabric glue to make sprinkle and let stand for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Outdoor shoes evenly sprayed with clear coat. Two layers of rich and dry them for 30 minutes!
