It was a great present for The Mister, who loves hot chocolate :
Then it happens, the hot chocolate is gone! But what to do with this little container with the great lid?
Okay, got it!
Supply List:Pencil Scissors Scrapbook Paper Ruler Any Decorations (used raffia and a tag) Can Glue Runner (You can get these at any craft store)
1)Take the can and lay it on the edge of the paper. This particular can had a ridge so that helped a lot in lining up the paper.
2) Mark the paper at the top where you want to cut it. And draw a line, with your ruler, of where the paper needs to be put evenly.
3)Cut off the extra paper. If it is too long on the wrap around, you can cut that off too. *TIP-Save the rest for a little to/from card.
4)With the glue runner, tape the paper onto the can. Now it’s all dressed up and ready to go!
5)Add any extra’s to jazz it up.
And here’s what you’ll end up with:
How’s that for a reuse?
Now it can be filled with some new treats and be given away or used as decoration.
Got any cans that you could do this with? We bet you do!
If you like this craft, would you pin it to your boards?
