Barlow Girl is a trio of sisters who harmonize and JAMMMMM! The band retired in 2012 but their music keeps playing in my house, along with many others.
9. When you Hold Me – Jaci Vaelasquez
For our 10th wedding anniversary, The Mister gave me a MP3 player with a song list on it. SO SWEET. This is one song I would listen over and over again.
The group is no longer around, but this song is still a FAV. I use to blare it from our little Suzuki, okay bare might be an overstatement, on the way to meet The Mister for dinner. Good memories and a GREAT song.
Been a big fan of Peter Furler going back to old Newsboys days. This is such an amazing song. Turn it up and grab a paint brush.
One of the Cd’s I listened to over and over again. I have seen her in concert 3 times and she doesn’t disappoint. A serious talent and great jamming music!
Speaking of Newsboys, Micahel Tait, from DC TALK, comes in as lead singer and kills it!
Okay, so we have a confession to make. We had to look up the lyrics cause we thought it said “You want me to take my light and put it in your backside”…bhwaaaa. That can’t be right. No, it’s not. Now you will have to listen for yourselves.
This song…..just ……gets me to my core.
Rebecca St James is another artist that I go way back with. I have loved her music F-O-R-E-V-E-R! You can’t go wrong with anything she did (retired now-so bummed!).
Toby Mac is amazing. Let’s just get that out there right now. But this recent song of his is on point. This does happen to a lot of his songs for me though. I also think this has some similarities to the Bourne movies soundtrack, no?
This is just a tiny list of awesome music. In case you didn’t already know, this is all Christian Music. We do listen to all types of music, but we do have a belief that what you put in – comes out.
