A home tour with Instagrammer @luvewant, decorating with vintage items.
This entryway is made up of yard sale finds from the summer. The bench from an old home being cleared filled with antiques & I was able to buy for $20. It’s a perfect fit & welcome spot!

Q: What items do you choose when decorating your home?
My home has evolved over time with items mostly from yard sale purchases, some from thrift shops, or even found items.
Q: What pieces are you most attracted to?
I am drawn towards clean lines for bigger mid-century furniture that is often refinished. Since I love buying vintage items, you’ll see a mix of rustic, industrial & mid-century pieces throughout my home which leads to being creative on how to incorporate it into my home.
How great is this stack of vintage luggage? For a few dollars each, you’ve got great storage & visual appeal! The bench in front of the fireplace & old ladder are curb freebies. The club chair & mcm table a yard sale find refinished. Vintage tile salvaged from a small town department store before demolition now brightens up the mantle.
