22 PAINTING PROJECTS
Painting our kitchen cabinets made a huge change to our home! Since we didn’t know what we were doing, it was quite the process of errors, but worth it in the end. If you are afraid to paint your cabinets, start here.
This fireplace insert was gold and ummmmm…… not so pretty. We may make some future changes, but just painting the gold and adding some wood pieces, made a difference. Oh, and we also painted the wood paneling as well. (AFTER – HERE)
Speaking of our little family room, after the wood paneling was painted white, we whitewashed the brick to blend it in a bit.
This wasn’t technically a traditional paint project, but this stain is thick like paint so we included it The Mister’s mom was O.V.E.R the honey cabinets in her bathroom. We updated it and she loved it. (P.S. – WE HEART THIS STAIN!)
This cabinet was a thrifted find and everyone thought The Sister was crazy to get it…..but there was a plan.
Are we anti gold trim?? For now, maybe!
Can you paint floors? Yes, you can. Here is a tutorial that came as a feature. We also did our own project in a bathroom and it’s held up just fine. Oh, and check out this farmhouse feature as well.
Wow, I knew that paint could transform a whole bunch of things but you’ve just taken it to a whole new level for me. There are some really awesome makeovers in the list. Happy New Year Deborah, I hope that 2018 treats you and your family kindly
